The NSSO informs us that it is ending the scheme for the reimbursement of office expenses for teleworkers up to 10% of their gross salary.

An employee who structurally and regularly works from home, as referred to in CBA no. 85 (on teleworking), may be reimbursed by the employer for office expenses incurred when working from home.

The NSSO considered that the amount of this reimbursement could not exceed 10% of his gross salary and was limited to the part of the salary related to the homeworking.

The NSSO will therefore put an end to this expense reimbursement scheme as of 1 June 2022.

As of 1 June 2022, this allowance can only be granted to employees who were already receiving this allowance prior to that date and provided that the part of homeworking in relation to their time worked has not increased.
