The energy crisis has led to a significant increase in the employers’ costs. The NSSO allows employers to request a special repayment plan for their contributions due for the 3rd and  4th quarters of 2022 and for the 1st quarter of 2023.

The terms of this special repayment plan are identical to those of the special repayment plan established by the NSSO during the corona crisis: no sanction (increase in contributions, flat-rate allowance and/or default interests) will be applied as long as the repayment plan is respected.

The repayment plan can be requested for:

  • The social security contributions due for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2022 and the 1st quarter of 2023;
  • The annual vacation debit notice 2022.

The legal text has not yet been published in the Belgian Official Gazette.
