Partena Professional and EASYPAY GROUP have reached an agreement to acquire the interests of the Pareit family in EASYPAY GROUP. Through this agreement, Partena Professional acquires 100% of the shares of the Pareit family, thus taking control of the entities of EASYPAY GROUP.
