Sector negotiations 2019-2020: what is happening in your sector?

We have already informed you that JC 111 for metal, machinery and electrical construction is the first sector to have concluded its draft sectoral agreement. But the other sectors are not sitting still either.

Sectors that already have an agreement

The following sectors have also already concluded an agreement, but the text is not yet in our possession:

JC 104 for the iron industry

JC 210 for white-collar workers of the iron industry

JC 105 for non-ferrous metals

 

JC 149.02 for vehicle bodywork

 

JC 149.03 for precious metals

 

Sectors where negotiations have been launched

In the following sectors, the set of requirements has already been laid down. This means that the social partners have also started their negotiations in these JCs.

JC 209 for white-collar workers of the metal manufacturing industry

JC 310 for banks

JC 115 for the glass industry

JC 211 for white-collar workers of the oil industry and trade

JC 311 for large retail companies

JC 116 for the chemical industry

JC 214 for white-collar workers of the textile industry

JC 312 for department stores/supermarkets

JC 117 for the oil industry and trade

JC 215 for white-collar workers of the clothing and tailoring industry
