A CBA of 19 December 2017 regarding the pension premium for temporary agency workers extends the pension premium scheme until 31 December 2019.

In some sectors permanent employees have the right to an additional pension. The employer must then pay a percentage of the wage to a sectoral pension fund. This is not the case for the temporary agency workers, however they are entitled to a pension premium.

The pension premium is equal to the contribution for permanent workers to the sectoral pension fund, converted in wage. This premium is attributed per wage payment and is stated on the pay slip.

For the provisions with regard to the pension premium for the temporary agency workers, we refer to our sectoral information for the JC No. 322, topic ‘additional sectoral pension scheme’.
