The Federal Learning Account (FLA) entered into force on 1 April 2024.
The FLA is a digital application that gives private sector employees a general overview of their right to training.
The application relies mainly on the data you have entered yourself.
For each registered employee, the FLA indicates the number of training days to which he/she is entitled, the number of training days already taken, the number of days remaining or to be carried over, training already taken, etc.
As an employer, you are required to register certain employee data in the FLA within strict deadlines, such as the training courses the employee attended during the quarter, the number of days charged to his/her right to training, etc.
The FLA has been available since 1 April 2024 at www.FederalLearningAccount.be.
The application will be considered fully operational from 1 June 2024.
From that date, you have 6 months to register your employees' data relating to the year 2024, regardless of whether they were already employed on 1 January 2024, or were hired after 1 January.
You must therefore take action before 1 December 2024.
