Following the Consultative Committee of 4 March 2022, a relaxation will apply to teleworking as of 7 March 2022.

In tangible terms, teleworking is no longer recommended from this date.

The appropriate precautionary measures should still be taken to ensure compliance with the rules of social distancing and a maximum level of protection.

Apart from this relaxation, the Consultative Committee has also invited companies, in consultation with the social partners, to structurally embed teleworking. The regulations governing structural teleworking will have to be complied with in such a case.
