Coronavirus: teleworking declaration for May

Employers must declare the persons present at the workplace each month, from April 2021 to June 2021.

As a reminder, the obligation to make this declaration applies to all employers, with the exception of those companies that are obliged to be completely closed.

The declaration for May 2021 must:

  • relate to the situation (= persons employed by the company) on 3 May 2021;

The NSSO indicates on its website that the declaration for May 2021 can already be submitted from 19 April 2021.
