In our Infoflash of 15 January 2024, we informed you of your new obligation to register attendance if you are engaged in an activity in the cleaning sector.

This obligation was initially set to enter into force on 1 April 2024. The NSSO has announced on its website a new date of entry into force for this obligation to register through its "Check in and out@work" (CIaO) application: the date of 1 April 2024 has been postponed to 1 September 2024.

As a result, the transition period has also been postponed: in September, October, November and December 2024, the competent inspection services will help users comply with the new legislation. No fines will be imposed until 31 December 2024, except in cases of fraud.
