In our Infoflash of 12 March, we informed you about the possibility to apply to the National Social Security Office for a repayment plan for a maximum of 24 months for your contributions for the 1st and 2nd quarter 2020 and for the settlement of the holiday pay 2019.

A draft law has been adopted to extend this possibility for the payment of your NSSO contributions for the 3rd and 4th quarter 2020.

The specific feature of this (so-called 'special') repayment plan introduced during the coronacrisis is that no sanctions are applied, provided that the terms and conditions are met.
