If your company is in economic difficulties as a result of the coronavirus, you can ask the National Social Security Office to pay your social security contributions in instalments.

What contributions are involved?

For the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2020, you can ask an amicable repayment plan from the NSSO.

With this amicable repayment plan you are allowed to make monthly payments for a maximum of 24 months.

If you have paid all your NSSO contributions correctly, the NSSO may exempt you from contribution increases, lump-sum reimbursements and/or interests.

Which procedure must be followed?

This plan must be requested from the NSSO according to the usual procedure that you can find here.

In the 'Motivation' box, indicate the financial impact of the coronavirus on your company.
