As announced at the Consultative Committee of 26 October 2021, teleworking is strongly recommended again from 29 October 2021.

A Royal Decree of 28 October 2021 specifies that this recommendation is applicable up to (and including) 28 January 2022.

This will be the case:

  • for all staff members of companies, associations and services (whatever their size);
  • unless this is impossible due to the nature of the activities (due to the employee’s position).

As a reminder, teleworking must be carried out in accordance with existing collective labour agreements and conventions.

The appropriate precautionary measures should still be taken to ensure compliance with the rules of social distancing and a maximum level of protection.
