The Consultative Committee of 3 December 2021 announced that team buildings and other workplace parties are now prohibited.

A Royal Decree of 4 December 2021 provides further details on this subject.

In concrete terms, as of 4 December 2021, it is prohibited to:

  • on the one hand, organize team buildings with a physical presence, both indoors and outdoors;
  • and, on the other hand, to organize company events at the workplace that are not accessible to the public.

Teleworking is still mandatory; return to work moments remain authorised.
