Session 1 

  • Understanding the legal basis for employment contracts;  
  • Drafting a legally correct employment contract;  
  • Overview of the rules that must be followed when hiring an employee.

Session 2

  • Description of the various forms of suspension;
  • Recognizing the resulting rights and obligations of the employee and of the employer.

Session 3

  • Description of the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer;  
  • Fulfilling of administrative formalities;
  • Determining the guaranteed salary to be paid by the employer.

Session 4

  • Mastering the rules, terms and conditions with regard to the termination of the employment contract;
  • Choosing the most appropriate method of termination of an employment contract and understanding its various consequences;
  • Recognizing the law-insecure situations and guarding against them.

Session 5

  • For each method of termination, recognizing the various obligations and formalities;
  • Calculating the correct notice period;
  • Determining the various elements of a final settlement when leaving employment;
  • Completing the various social documents that must be handed over to the employee when leaving employment.

Session 1:  BASIC PRINCIPLES, SOURCES OF THE PARTIES’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Types of contract according to nature and duration: indefinite period, fixed term, replacement contract, student contract, etc.

Session 2 : SUSPENSION OF THE CONTRACT

  • Illness and accident (common law and during execution of the work)

  • Temporary unemployment
