Vacation Pay and Holiday Regulations: Basic training + In-depth training

10/12/2024 - Basic training

The first day of training we walk through the basics of vacation legislation and what kind of (social) legal impacts it has on payroll and all other aspects in the employment relationship. We talk about difficult situations such as: "can you deny vacation?" and "what about illness during leave?"

17/12/2024 - In-depth training

In day two we get to work with (difficult) calculations of vacation pay (both single and double), see the practical impacts of variable pay, set off vacation certificates and learn how to calculate vacation entitlements in special situations (maternity leave, 4/5, change of hours, ...)

The session (3.5 hours) will take place in the afternoon.
