On 13 November 2019, the social partners of the auxiliary joint committee for manual workers (JC 100) concluded their 2019-2020 sector agreement (reg. no. 155.913). This agreement respects the maximum negotiating envelope of 1.1% in 2019 and 2020 as set out in the Royal Decree of 19 April 2019.

On 01 November 2019, the minimum hourly and actual hourly wages will be increased by 1.1 %. In 2019-2020, this increase can be replaced at company level by an equivalent actual increase of the wage or another benefit at the same cost (gross + employer social security contribution). Mind: Wage scale increases based on seniority and bonuses under the CLA 90 do not qualify.
For manual workers in companies without a wage indexation scheme and whose hourly wage is higher than the sectoral minimum hourly wage, in addition to the 1,1 % increase the hourly wage is increased by:
