Given the lack of success of the "Impulsion insertion" plan, the Walloon government decided to allocate its budgets to other measures.

The "Impulsion Insertion" plan (see our Infoflash of 22 June 2017) was therefore abolished on 1 January 2019.

The insertion contracts concluded before 1 January 2019 will continue to benefit from the activation of the payment until the due date (i.e. maximum 1 year), provided that the required conditions are met.

The legal text will shortly be published in the Belgian Official Gazette.
