A draft protocol agreement was concluded in JC 124 for the construction sector during the night of 8-9 November. This draft agreement is still to be submitted to the employees' organisations, but we would like to share the main points with you.
Based on this agreement, you should take into account a salary increase of 0.4% and the possibility of granting a corona premium.
Increase of wages by 0.4% from 1 December 2021.
Award of additional one-off eco vouchers of €130 (by 15/12/2021).
A corona premium of €300 is awarded if the employee worked at least 1 day in the second quarter of 2020 and is still employed on 15/12/2021.
The corona premium can be limited to €150 if the company has made a loss.
Please note: If you award a corona premium to your employees, please inform your Payroll Consultant in advance. Indeed, a special employer's contribution of 16.5% must be paid on this corona premium (under certain conditions) and it must be mentioned on the individual account and on the pay slip of the employee.
Increase in supplementary pension from 01/01/2023:
An end-of-career job is provided from 55 years of age for 1/5th and half time and this until 30/06/2023.
All existing RCC/SWT systems will be extended until 30/06/2023;
Introduction of a medical RCC/SWT until 30/06/2023: 58 years of age, 35 years of professional history and serious physical problem.
