Companies that failed to submit their teleworking declaration for the month of April 2021 by 6 April 2021 at the latest, are still obliged to do so after that date.

The National Social Security Office (NSSO) states this on its website.

Moreover, the NSSO specifies that:

  • the social inspection services have in the meantime started field checks;
  • employers who fail to submit their declaration will have to justify themselves;
  • the 'Corona Teleworking Declaration' application will remain accessible until 18 April 2021 for the declaration of the month of April 2021 (both for an original declaration and for any modifications).

As a reminder, the declaration is mandatory from April 2021 to June 2021.
