The obligation to conduct adequate training efforts has been suspended for 2015 and 2016.
It was agreed in the Generation Pact that global training initiatives would amount to 1.9% of the wage bill.

Employers in industries providing insufficient efforts (= lack of a consistent collective agreement concerning additional training efforts) are liable to pay an additional contribution of 0.05 % to finance efforts in favour of individuals belonging to at-risk groups.
