On Sunday 31 March 2024, we will switch to summer time, which means setting our clocks forward one hour. This switch to summer time can pose difficulties for calculating the remuneration of certain categories of workers.

As expected, the wage standard for 2023-2024 was officially set at 0.0% by the Royal Decree of 13 May 2023. This standard determines how much the average wage cost per employee may increase for a maximum of two years.
