IPA: framework of agreements agreed upon in the Group of 10

Special agreements: why and for whom?
The law doesn't lump all employees together. There are different rights and obligations depending on their employment status. Some situations call for a special agreement.
As expected, the wage standard for 2023-2024 was officially set at 0.0% by the Royal Decree of 13 May 2023. This standard determines how much the average wage cost per employee may increase for a maximum of two years.
