International NSSO: new European framework agreement from 1 July 2023
A European framework agreement has been concluded to facilitate telework from 1 July 2023. Indeed, on 30 June 2023, the exception to the principle of being subject to international social security introduced in the Covid-19 period will expire.
Temporary unemployment due to force majeure 2022: treated as days actually worked for annual leave 2023
As a reminder, for the period from 1 February 2020 until 31 December 2021, the days of work interruption resulting from temporary unemployment due to force majeure that was coronavirus linked are treated as days actually worked for the holiday pay and the holiday duration.
