The Labour Deal provides the obligation to send the training plan for employees to the official bodies.
The practical terms to send it still had to be set by Royal Decree.
It is now done with the Royal Decree of 14 July 2024.
The training plan will have to be submitted to the General Directorate for Supervision of Social Legislation (FPS Employment).
A training plan for employees is compulsory in legal entities (private sector) employing at least 20 employees.
This is an obligation that must be fulfilled every year.
As an employer, you must keep this plan within the company.
From now, as an employer, you are also required to send a copy of the training plan for employees to the general director of the General Directorate for Supervision of Social Legislation (FPS Employment).
If the training plan contains personal data about your employees, you are required to make this data anonymous before sending the copy.
Sending is made:
Attention! You must submit the copy of the plans regarding 2023 and 2024 no later than on 1st March 2025.
