A group of employers may, under certain conditions, set up a joint Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work.

These conditions will be relaxed from 1 July 2024.

This will enable small groups of employers in particular to set up a joint Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work without having to comply with a complex administrative procedure.
