On 19 February 2024, Joint Committee 320 concluded a collective agreement requesting to be excluded from the scope of flexi-jobs.
On 18 March 2024, Joint Committee 139 concluded a collective agreement requesting to be included in the scope of flexi-jobs.
The two joint committees' request had yet to be laid down in a Royal Decree.
This Royal Decree was published on 26 June 2024 and will enter into force on 1 July 2024.
