Context

The Programme Act of 22 December 2023 (Belgian Official Gazette of 29 December 2023) extended the scope of the flexi-jobsystem to new sectors (joint committees), including joint committee No. 132.

This Act provided that these new sectors had the option to fully or partially exclude themselves from the flexi-job system.

Exclusion - joint committee No. 132

From 1 July 2024, the flexi-job system will no longer be authorized in joint committee No. 132 (companies in technical agriculture and horticulture).

This exclusion, which would cover all companies in the sector, has yet to be ratified by a royal decree deliberated in the Council of Ministers.
