General breakdown tools and applications on the 28/01/2022

The systems have now been restored.

Our partner and we are doing everything possible this weekend to minimize the impact and make up for the delay.

We are currently experiencing a general breakdown of the data center of our server supplier.

This is causing disruptions at various levels of our organization :

  • Our tools and applications (both internal as external) are temporarily unavailable for our customers as well as for our employees
  • Communication means like e-mail and telephone are also affected. It is therefore difficult to reach us at the moment.

We have no information about the duration of this incident but we are doing our best to minimize its impact for our clients.
We wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused and will keep you informed of any further developments.
