The days of temporary unemployment due to force majeure caused by the coronavirus declared in 2021 (from January 1 to December 31, 2021) are officially treated as days actually worked for the entitlement to annual leave.
Therefore, for the period from 1 January until 31 December 2021, the days of work interruption resulting from temporary unemployment due to force majeure following the pandemic caused by the coronavirus for (manual and non-manual) employees who have been recognised as temporary unemployed due to force majeure are treated as days actually worked for the calculation of the holiday pay and the holiday duration.
