The FPS Employment has published on its website an "application form for temporary corona measures" which enables employers (who meet the conditions) to be recognised as a company being in restructuring or in difficulty so that they can benefit from certain temporary measures taken as a result of the coronavirus crisis.

As from 1 July 2020, Royal Decree no. 46 of 26 June 2020 introduced three temporary measures for companies recognised as being in restructuring or in difficulty:

The form made available by the FPS Employment for the application for recognition as a company being in restructuring or in difficulty can be submitted on-line if it is signed via e-ID. It can also be returned to the Clerk’s Office of the Collective Labour Relations Service of the Federal Public Service Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue, Ernest Blerotstraat 1, 1070 Brussels.
