Following the Consultative Committee of 22 December 2021, the conditions for the return to work moments have changed again.
Since 20 November 2021, these return moments are allowed for persons for whom telework is compulsory under specific conditions.
From 26 December 2021, the return moments shall amount to a maximum of 1 day per week per person.
