For absences in the context of educational leave, the worker is entitled to the payment of his normal wage on the usual maturity dates. However, this wage is limited to a certain amount (except if the employer agrees to not apply this amount).
This amount is set at € 2.871 for the school year 2017-2018 and has been indexed in comparison to the previous school years (€ 2.815 for the school year 2016-2017).
