For absences in the context of educational leave, the employee is entitled to the payment of his normal wage on the usual dates. However, this wage is limited to a certain amount (except if the employer agrees to not apply this amount).
The amount will amount to 3,170 EUR for the school year 2022-2023 (from 1 September 2022 to 30 June 2023).
