For absences in the context of educational leave, the employee is entitled to the payment of his normal wage on the usual dates. However, this wage is limited to a certain amount (except if the employer agrees to not apply this amount).
The amount will be indexed compared to the previous school year and will amount to 2,987 EUR for the school year 2020-2021 (from 1 September 2020 to 30 June 2021).
