JC 200: a draft sector agreement has been concluded (update)!

A draft agreement has just been reached in the auxiliary joint committee for non-manual workers (JC 200), the largest and most important JC for non-manual workers. Based on this agreement, you should take into account a wage increase of 0.4% and the possibility of granting a corona premium.

Below is an overview of the subjects we have already been able to capture.

Provisions with an impact on wages

Allocation of the wage margin (0.4%)

On 1 December 2021 all gross wages will increase by 0.4%.

Corona premium

Granting of a one-off corona premium in the form of consumption vouchers in companies that made a profit in 2019 and 2020 and

  • if the company's turnover has increased by at least 5 %: EUR 125; 
  • if the company’s turnover has increased by at least 10 %: EUR 250.

Travel expenses

The bicycle allowance increases from EUR 0.10/km to EUR 0.20/km.

The gross annual wage up to which the employer is obliged to contribute to home-to-work travel by private vehicle increases from EUR 27,750 gross to EUR 29,680 gross.

End-of-career

Extension of the entitlement to time credit, including end-of-career jobs and RCC/SWT.

Training

Extension of the training provisions included in the previous agreement.

Teleworking and disconnecting from work

The sectoral social partners undertake to elaborate a framework agreement on teleworking, while respecting the right to disconnect from work.
