A draft agreement has just been reached in the auxiliary joint committee for non-manual workers (JC 200), the largest and most important JC for non-manual workers. Based on this agreement, you should take into account a wage increase of 0.4% and the possibility of granting a corona premium.
Below is an overview of the subjects we have already been able to capture.
Provisions with an impact on wages
- 0.4 percent wage increase;
- Granting of a corona premium in the form of consumption vouchers, however only in companies that were able to increase their turnover despite the corona pandemic.
- Improvement of the bicycle allowance and increase of the maximum ceiling for the mandatory employer's contribution when using a private vehicle.
Extension of the entitlement to time credit and RCC/SWT.
Extension of the training provisions included in the previous agreement.
Teleworking and disconnecting from work
The sectoral social partners undertake to elaborate a framework agreement on teleworking, while respecting the right to disconnect from work.
We will give you more details as soon as we have further information.
