When a payment plan over 4 months is applied for, there are no formalities to complete.
If these payments are not sufficient and a payment plan over a longer period is applied for, the FPS Finance will take a decision after analysis of the specific situation. Via MyMinfin, companies can apply for a payment plan safely and easily.
In case of inability to pay, the FPS Finance will also give special attention to the persons concerned before initiating payment recovery measures.
The FPS Finance is currently cooperating with the Walloon and Flemish Regions to further analyse the data arising from this situation. Depending on the results, further measures may be taken. We will keep you informed should this be the case.
