As announced at the Consultative Committee of 17 November 2021, teleworking is mandatory again from 20 November 2021.

Teleworking mandatory

Teleworking is mandatory:

  • for all staff members of companies, associations and services (whatever their size);
  • unless this is impossible due to the nature (continuity) of the activities or the employee’s position.

Return moments possible

The employee may be present at work:

  • from 20 November 2021: up to a maximum of one day per week;
  • from 13 December 2021: up to a maximum of two days per week.

In all cases, precautionary measures should still be taken to ensure compliance with the rules of social distancing and a maximum level of protection.

Monthly electronic register

The Consultative Committee also announced that a monthly electronic register must be kept that is made available via the social security portal.

These measures will apply from 20 November 2021 to 28 January 2022.

We will keep you updated as soon as we have more details.
