The Walloon government grants you a new allowance if you are a discotheque, dance hall or similar activity.
Provided that you meet certain conditions, you can apply for the allowance on the Walloon platform www.indemnitécovid.wallonie.be from 24 November 2021 onwards.
Do you qualify for this allowance?
To be entitled to this allowance, you must meet the following conditions:
- Have an establishment unit in the Walloon Region before 1 October 2021;
- Be a very small, small or medium-sized enterprise or be a natural person who pays social security contributions as a self-employed person;
- Carry out your activity under NACE code 56.302.
What is the amount of the allowance?
The allowance is a flat-rate allowance. The amount of the allowance is fixed on the basis of your workforce.
The workforce is the average number of employees in 2019 employed under an employment contract in all the places of business of your company, corresponding to the number of work units (AWU), calculated on the basis of your DmfA declarations of the 4 quarters of 2019.

If your company was set up in 2020, the workforce is calculated on the average number of employees in the year the company was set up.
This allowance is granted only once per company.
What do you need to do?
You must apply for this allowance at www.indemnitécovid.wallonie.be (allowance 23) from 24 November 2021 up to and including 23 December 2021.
