Coronavirus: teleworking declaration for May: latest clarification

The NSSO has just published an update of the FAQ about the teleworking declaration on its website.

Rule

The declaration for May 2021 must:

  • relate to the situation (= persons employed by the company) on 3 May 2021;

Clarification of the NSSO

The company that has correctly made the teleworking declaration for April 2021 is not required to submit a new monthly declaration for May 2021 unless there is a change in the number of persons employed by the company and/or in the number of persons in the company who have a job that is incompatible with teleworking on 3 May 2021, as compared to the last declaration made.
