Each month employers must declare the persons present in the workplace.

February 2022's declaration must:

  • relate to the situation (= persons employed by the company) on 1 February 2022;

Important note! The company that has correctly made the teleworking declaration for November-December 2021 or January 2022 is not required to submit a new monthly declaration for February 2022 unless there is a change in the number of persons employed by the establishment unit and/or in the number of persons in the company who have a job that is incompatible with teleworking on 1 February 2022, as compared to the last declaration made.

Instructions for completing the declaration and a FAQ are also available on www.socialsecurity.be.

As a reminder, the obligation to make this declaration applies to all employers, with the exception in particular of the SMEs employing less than 5 persons.
