Belgium and its neighbouring countries concluded agreements on the situation of cross-border workers in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis. The period of application of the agreements with the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France ran until 31 March 2022 and has now been extended, tacitly or not, until 30 June 2022.
Since the measures taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic were largely lifted in Belgium and Germany, this is the last extension of the agreement between Belgium and Germany.
As a reminder, in these agreements, arrangements are made on home working days as a result of the measures taken by the foreign or Belgian governments to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

(Germany), 29 May 2020 (Luxembourg) and 6 July 2020 (France).
