Coronavirus: extension of cross-border work agreements

Belgium and its neighbouring countries concluded agreements on the situation of cross-border workers in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis. The period of application of the agreements with the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France has now been extended until 30 September 2021.

As a reminder, in these agreements, arrangements are made on home working days as a result of the measures taken by the foreign or Belgian governments to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
