Belgium and its neighbouring countries concluded agreements on the situation of cross-border workers in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis. The period of application of the agreements with the Netherlands, Luxembourg,  Germany and France ran until 31 August 2020 and has now been extended until 31 December 2020.

As a reminder, in these agreements, arrangements are made on home working days as a result of the measures taken by the foreign or Belgian governments to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

More information can be found in our infoflashes of 14 May 2020 (the Netherlands), 19 May 2020
