Since the beginning of this year, employers who employ foreign employees are obliged to respect a number of measures. These obligations are now lifted.

These are:

  • The general obligation to keep a register for foreign employees
  • The general obligation to check the Passenger Location Form (PLF)
  • The compulsory negative corona test for foreign employees - all sectors

The article regulating these obligations for the employer will be abolished from 30 July 2021. The employer is therefore no longer obliged to fulfil these obligations.

When will this take effect?

This measure takes effect on 30 June 2021.
