The wage gap between men and women

There is still a difference in the amounts that men and women are paid in Belgium.

The figures speak for themselves.

In 2012 a law was enacted with the intention of reducing the wage gap between men and women.

The goal was to make the wage difference between men and women a topic of discussion, both on a sectoral and entrepreneurial level.

As a result, employers who organized social elections in 2012 (via their works council and/or their Committee for Prevention and Protection in the Workplace) must draw up an analysis report every two years to determine whether the salary policy at their company is neutral with respect to gender. If this is not the case, a dialog must be initiated with the HR department in order to achieve this.

Partena Professional is happy to help you draw up this analysis report.

What's more, Partena Professional also offers you other services.
